i'm samantha — a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), certified holistic nutritionist, and fitness & health professional based in ottawa, ontario. i work with individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, emotional regulation, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
what sets my practice apart is a genuine mind-body approach — i don't just look at your thoughts or your emotions in isolation. i consider what's happening in your nervous system, how your nutrition and sleep affect your mood, and how movement and lifestyle patterns either sustain or deplete you. for many clients, especially those who've felt like “nothing is working,” this integrated lens is where real change begins.
i trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and i weave these approaches with nutritional science and somatic awareness — meeting you where you are, not where a textbook says you should be.
